KATHLEEN SCHULTE – PILATES TRAINER
SPECIALTIES: * Pilates * Posture Alignment * Core StrengtheningKathleen is our Pilates trainer, who has been practicing for 5 years on the mat and 3 years on the Reformer. She has received CEU’s from AFAA and was certified for the Reformer and mat in the Fall of 2010 from Balanced Body. Also, she attended a one-day workshop of July 2010 in Chicago sponsored by Pilates on Tour. This workshop included a Pilates for Dancers session along with Reformer cueing by Tom McCook, a well known and highly respected instructor and owner of Center of Balance in Mountain View.
